Just some small talk
Dear friend,
I apologize. I thought I would be sending you letters more frequently, but alas, time has gotten away from me. This is always how my "internet life" ends up. I start projects online, only to find that a week or two later, I haven't been keeping up.
The weather has started to turn. Last week it was still fairly warm; on some days I would even say too warm. But this week, I pulled out my scarf for the first time. Yeah, the temperatures are slowly creeping down. Which I'm okay with. I've been looking forward to some autumnal weather. Getting cozy with a book and a warm drink just feels different when the weather outside is a little grey and cold.
Agh, look at me talking about the weather. That's small talk 101. But honestly, I don't really have much to say today. I just wanted to check in with you and see how you're doing.
